The Preservation Easement Trust is committed to improving the general
public’s awareness and understanding of historic preservation,
including the federal tax-advantaged programs that support historic
preservation. As a result, our staff members are frequently asked
to participate in seminars, conferences and panel discussions highlighting
the benefits associated with historic preservation easements, rehabilitation tax credits, low income housing tax credits
and new markets tax credits.
