and/or Qualified Preservation Contribution, potential preservation
easement donors are always strongly advised to consult with their
attorneys and tax professionals to understand the specific legal
and tax consequences associated with certifying a property as a
historic structure and/or conveying a preservation easement. We
do not act as an attorney and/or or accountant for donors, nor do
we assume any liability related to a donor’s ability to utilize
a tax deduction for a preservation easement donation, beyond representing
that we are a qualified organization within the current meaning
of IRC Section 170(h)(3).
